Group visits of underage students are regulated in France by the Ministry for health, youth and sport.

It is the responsibility of the Departmental services for youth and sport to ensure such regulations are correctly enforced in accredited centres.

The Azurlingua Summer school has been granted the authorisation DDJS 06 which is a guarantee for parents that their children will be accommodated in a structure that fully complies with the most stringent hygiene and safety regulations.
However, to make the children's visit as pleasant as possible and allow the staff to operate in the best possible conditions, we'd ask parents:

*to carefully fill in the health and 'going out authorisation' form accompanying the registration form. *to be fully aware of our own set of rules and the various conditions applying to the going out authorisation of underage students (no exemption will be granted, although changes may be made on parents' specific request over the course of the visit). *to make it abundantly clear to their children that they will have to comply with the regulations governing everyday life in the summer residence or with host families (no smoking or drinking of alcohol in public places...).
