Ingredients: 1 small round loaf of bread - 1 sliced onion - 4 tomato slices - 3 basil leaves - 3 slices of hard boiled egg- 1 small red or green sliced pepper - 1 sliced radish - 3 or 4 anchovies (optional)- a few black olives- flaked tuna- salt and black pepper - vinegar and olive oil.
Preparation:
Cut the bread lengthwise
Dampen with a little vinegar and oil
Add salt and pepper
Add all the ingredients starting with the tomato slices
Enjoy after letting it stand for a few minutes!
