A Summer residence for study holidays in an international environment (available July/August)

In Summer we offer you an accommodation option that encourages interaction between students from all over the world: the Montebello Summer Residence.

Description
The Montebello Residence meets all modern comfort criteria. It is located in a very quiet area in the middle of a tree planted park. From the residence, it only takes 7 minutes to reach the school by tramway and 25 minutes on foot.



Rooms
There are two types:
- Single room 'comfort':  around 19/20m2, 1 bed, 1 desk, a cupboard, a 40 L fridge, toilets and bathroom.
- Double room 'comfort': around 20/25 m2, 2 beds, 1 desk, a cupboard, a 40 L fridge, toilets and bathroom.


Note:  There is no kitchen in the rooms and the cleaning is the student's responsibility (cleaning material available from the reception)


The advantages of the Residence
The newly renovated Residence is next to the tramway North/South line.
Meals
To allow you maximum freedom, no meal is included in the price (the Montebello Residence has no meal facilities on the premises). However, students will find many nearby restaurants offering attractive prices on presentation of the school student's card.
Tramway to the Montebello Residence
There is nothing easier than taking the Tramway to travel between Residence, school and city centre. There are various available pricing options (day/weekly passes) and the journey only lasts a few minutes.

Transfers from/to airport/train station
We will gladly pick you up upon arrival and take you back to either the airport or train station on departure. Simply send us your arrival time as well as flight/train number at least 5 days before your arrival. This service is available on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Arrival- Departure
If no transfer has been requested, you will be met at the Residence on the Sunday between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. After inspection of the room, you will be given a copy of the residence regulations and the key to your room. You must leave the room by 12:00 pm on the Saturday of departure.
